Who are we?
The International Faith Based Coalition is an all-denominational, multi-racial, non-partisan non-political coalition of churches, ministries, community based organizations, governmental agencies, businesses and concerned individuals working together to serve the people of the world in the area of housing, education, veteran affairs, drug abuse, crime and violence prevention, labor relations, environment, health, voter education, small business advocacy and economic development. We welcome your participation and involvement. We feel that everyone can make a contribution and gain additional resources.

- Create alternative activities for young people
- Monitor community through evaluations, needs assessments and report cards
- Promote public policy that supports safe communities
- Create a sustainable system that creates and builds protective factors and decreases risk factors for young people.
Why prevention and education?
- Raise expectations of youth and promote positive youth development
- Address adult behavior that negatively affects youth development
- Create and promote consistent messages among all prevention practitioners
What is the mission and goals
of the International Faith Based Coalition?
- To link, coordinate, and promote regional, national and global prevention;
- To advocate for safe and drug-free communities with a united "prevention" voice;
- To strengthen and support local prevention efforts by identifying, mobilizing and focusing resources;
- Offer prevention education and training to all sectors of the community.
